‘party’ means any –

 

(a)     person;

 

(b)     permanent establishment in the Republic of a person who is not a resident;

 

(c)     permanent establishment outside the Republic of a person who is a resident;

 

(d)     partnership; or

 

(e)     joint venture,

 

who participates or takes part in an arrangement;
